For therapists and practitioners
A between-session tracking tool your clients can use in the moment, and a report you can actually read.
Clients log what happened, where it registered in the body, how intense it was, and what helped. After seven entries, patterns surface on their own: time of day, day of week, recurring situations. They can bring the report to session, or keep it entirely to themselves.
What the client actually does
- FirstTouches where she feels it on a simple body diagram. No typing required.
- ThenNames what her body is doing. Racing heart, shallow breath, clenched jaw.
- ThenGets a short regulation technique matched to what she logged, and does it there.
- Over timePatterns emerge across entries. Exportable as a report whenever she wants one.
Why it may fit your practice
- Body first. Location before narrative, so a client who cannot yet articulate the trigger can still log it.
- Nothing is required. The description is skippable. The technique is never gated behind writing.
- Timing is hers. Entries can be logged later and marked for when they actually happened, so patterns stay accurate.
- No engagement mechanics. No streaks, no daily-use pressure, no notifications built to pull her back. Reduced need is the intended outcome.
Privacy, in specifics
- No third-party analytics, advertising scripts, or behavioral tracking anywhere on the site or in the app.
- Entries encrypted in transit and at rest. Never viewed, sold, or used to train anything.
- Optional app lock, quick exit, and screen privacy for clients who share devices with someone unsafe.
- Account deletion is immediate and complete, from the client's own settings.
If a client signs up through your referral link, you will never see who they are, what they logged, or whether anyone used the link at all. There is no dashboard for that, by design.
What a practitioner account includes
- Full Access for you, free and permanent, so you can evaluate exactly what your clients would see.
- A referral link that gives your clients a 60-day trial rather than the standard 30.
- Optional listing in our practitioner directory, linking to your practice.
How we handle evidence
Every technique in the Reset Library carries an honest evidence position: what has been studied, what is practice-based, and what has never been formally tested. Where a technique is widely used but unvalidated, the page says so plainly. The library is public, free, and requires no account.

Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it does not detect or respond to crisis. It is not a substitute for professional care, and nothing in it should be read as clinical advice.
Crisis resources are published at /support.
