Some of what triggers you isn’t a memory. It’s happening right now. If that’s true for you, you deserve real help, not just an app.
If you need to talk to someone right now, these are free, confidential, and available any time. You don’t need an account to use any of them.

Leaving this site quickly
When you’re signed in, a small cloud icon sits in the corner of every screen. Tap it to leave immediately and you’ll go to a weather page. Pressing Escape twice quickly does the same thing.
Pressing back won’t return you to the page you were on, though it may reach another page from this app. It also doesn’t erase your browsing history. If someone has access to your device, use a private window when you’re here, and clear your history afterward.
Settings has two more options, both off unless you turn them on: a PIN to open the app, and blurring your entries when you switch away. A private window won’t remember either one, so you’d set the PIN again each time.
